Maddi Deaver

Maddi Deaver is a Smith Lake resident who has spent her summers and most weekends enjoying all that the beautiful Smith Lake area has to offer. She also spent a good bit of her time at her family's farm in Cullman county, hunting, fishing, and learning valuable lessons about hard work. Education and values are important to her and her family, so she lived in Vestavia and attended Briarwood Christian School. Although Maddi grew up in Birmingham and has lots of friends and peers there, she always planned on moving to Cullman as soon as she could. Growing up at the farm and spending lots of time around entrepreneurial family members has given her a very strong work ethic and drive for success. She is the kind of person to always do her best work and not stop until the job is done, no matter how hard it is. She is outgoing and loves to meet new people; she will never hesitate to spark up a conversation with anyone and treats everyone she meets like a friend. She also enjoys spending quality time with those she loves as well as time spent doing anything outside. Maddi recently got her Real Estate license and is eager to pursue her real estate ambitions. She can't wait to get started and hopes to make her clients' home-buying process as easy and enjoyable as possible. She is excited to get to know and serve her community to the best of her ability.
